To the fans, players, parents, coaches, and administration who care enough to listen to the "supporters on this board":

IF COACH TRAKH IS FIRED, the trial period for success is going to increase dramatically. With Jacki coming back, that is not a luxuary this team has. She is going to be too good too early for us to change a coach. I do not believe firing Coach Trakh is the answer. I fully support HIS knowledge of the game, his passion, desire to win, and insight on the players. He is a good judge of talent and is working on becoming an even better coach. I still believe in him, and regardless, I wish some of you would be more positive. I do not like the way the season ended, I do not like the injury excuses, but I also do not like supports on this board being overally critical of everything this man does. We should be lucky enough to even have this outlet, so lets use it to be positive. I am not sure the percentage of fans vs players vs parents vs coaches vs administration that read this board, but if it going to do nothing but cause more problems and critize a team and it's management on a daily basis, maybe we are better off without it, because frankly, these opinions are not helping this program.

To any of those who agree, it would be nice to have supporters speak up on this team's behalf. If I am the only one, maybe that will tell me and this board enough and I will swallow my pride. Until then, I still believe in HIM. But it would be nice to hear from what seems a silent minority on this board in support of Coach Trakh.
