Great hire in Kevin O'Neill. He's a boring hire that doesn't excite anyone, none of the kids like him, and he won't put people in the seats. The way you handled the dismissal/resignation of Floyd was BS. Either stand behind your coach or fire him. None of this tight lipped BS where you throw your coach under the bus and get him so pissed he has to walk. Now we are back to Square 1. This puts us back to the post-Bibby/Jim Saia era where we get excited when we sign guys like Sead Odzic. All our recruits have walked and it looks like Gary Franklin is gone and probably Pollee as well. You thought attendance was bad this year... JUST WAIT!!!
For those of us who sacked up and bought Founder's Seats, you should either offer to refund our $$$ or comp our season tickets this year. This is absolute garbage. I've always been super excited and optimistic about SC Hoops. For the first time in a LONG time, I have lost all interest in this team thanks to this mess. I hope Kevin O'Neill is a temporary fix while this sh!t gets straightened out. All my UofA friends have called today laughing at us and asking how stupid our AD is for hiring KO.
